The Chill Pass

Chill Passes allow you to ski at up to 13 ski areas across the South Island. The flexibility to ski in the Waitaki, Mackenzie, Canterbury, Kaikoura, Wanaka and Nelson Lakes Districts is what makes the Chill Pass truly New Zealand's ultimate multi-mountain ski and snowboard pass. There are two types of passes, the Season Pass with unlimited access during the season, and the Travel Pass with a set number of clips for skiing and non-ski day options.

The Chill Mountains

In 2018 The Chill6 accesses the 6  Ski Areas in the Selwyn District;  Porters, Cheeseman, Broken River, Craigieburn Valley, Temple Basin and Mt Olympus.

The Chill12 accesses the six ski areas above plus Rainbow, Hanmer Springs, Mt Lyford, Fox Peak, Mt Dobson and Awakino.

The Chill Travel Pass accesses the 12 mountains on the Chill12 Pass as well as Treble Cone. Up to two days on the Chill Travel Pass can be used at Treble Cone and two days at Porters.
