Mr Vintage himself, Stu has an eye for the finer bikes in life. If you ask nicely he’ll let you take his personal pride and joy Raleigh out for a city cruise on a hot summers day.
New Zealand made, the Morrison City Girl is a wickedly fun bike to hoon around town on. With 20” wheels it turns on a dime, and with 3 gears speed is no problem, not that you’d be in a hurry on a hot summers day.
Like its namesake, this bike’s a real charmer. Take Ron for a stroll through Hagley Park or out for a coffee, he’s single (speed) but not ready to commit to a long term relationship so you can have him for a few hours or a few days, no strings attached.
One of our favorites and an ever popular pick, Gold Member is a 2 speed internal hub Raleigh Granada.
With a simple back pedal you can switch between city cruising and side street hooning.
An original Vintage Peddler, this English made Raleigh Gazelle in galaxy green is a real head turner, converted to a single speed you can cruise or race around the city streets.
“I want this bike and this city, they just go hand and hand, I love it” – Michael Woods, Wellington NZ
He sounds Italian and looks Dutch, but he's an Aussie! He's classy, and a looker with a healthy dark brown complexion and striking features. Pairs well with Irish Lass if you're going on a date.
Our beloved Irish Lass. She's a little sassy, very classy and the perfect girl to take on a picnic on warm summer day.
Our classic little Healing Loline, Lola. For a generation of kiwis growing up in the 70s and 80s you likely either rode a Raleigh 20 or a Loline and this little lady is a single speed beauty.
"It's a mixed up, muddled up, shook up world, Except for Lola. Lo lo lo lo Lola".
'Aristo of Champions' or Aristo for short, belongs to our bike mechanic 'Bike Man John'. He reminds us a bit of him too, sweet and a little bit salty. On a good day he's smooth and easy going - on a bad one, well you get the idea. Take it easy in the city with this single speed gem.
A sweet little piece of NZ history, Marilyn is a Raleigh Twenty just oozing with 70's style and sass.
This one's for the kids! An old school classic Healing we call the Green Goblin or Baby Goblin so as not to be confused with the adult sized namesake. Perfect for grass skids with a front u and back pedal brake.
